PARTICIPATION PRICE

  • Space with a standard bult-up booth (minimum 6 sq.m.) - 220 USD/sq.m.
  • Space only (minimum 12 sq.m.)- 190 USD/sq.m.
  • Outdoor space - 70 USD/sq.m.
  • Obligatory registration fee -200 USD
  • Catalogue entry only - 300 USD

GENERAL PARTICIPATION TERMS

1. Organizer.

2. Venue. International Exhibition Centre, 15 Brovarsky Ave., Kyiv, Ukraine

3. Dates. September 17-19, 2008

4. Application. The Application should be handed in to the Organizer not later than the 1st of May 2008 together with payment of the obligatory registration fee.

5. Contract.

One copy of the Contract signed and stamped by the Exhibitor should be given to the Organizer till the 15th of May 2008.

6. Space only (min. 12 sq. m),

Includes space rental, exhibition hall general illumination, passage cleaning, general security, general promotion campaign.

7. Space with built-up booth. (min. 6 sq. m).

Irrespective of the size it includes the rental of a space and partition walls around the rented area, assembling and disassembling works, 1 electric socket (220 V, 50 Hz, 1 kW), 1 table, 2 chairs, company name on a fascia board up to 15 letters, carpet, general promotion campaign, general security, passage cleaning and hall general lighting. Extra equipment, furniture and electric wiring can be ordered by the Exhibitor additionally according to the List of Extra Equipment (Form # 1) enclosed to the Contract. The construction of the booth designed by the Exhibitor and its price should be agreed with the Organizer. The Exhibitor has no right without a written consent of the Organizer to subcontract the booth or its part to any third party or to change the booth. The Exhibitor bears liability for damage of all property rented by him. In case of its damage or missing pays 200% of the price of a damaged or missed item.

8. Exclusive booth.

Fo designing and construction of an exclusive booth please contact “Vybor” LTD, tel/fax:+38 044 501 94 83 e-mail: vadim@v-expo.kiev.ua. In the case of a booth construction with the help of any other company the Exhibitor advises the Organizer on the name of this company not later than the 1st of September 2008.

9. Booth Allocation and Technical Support.

The Organizer locates booths in the exhibition hall on the “first applied first served” basis according to the technical requirements and with an agreement of the Exhibitor. Form # 1 is given to the Organizer (Technical Section) till the 10th of August 2008, tel/fax +38 044 230 80 06, e-mail: air-expo@ucci.org.ua. If the Exhibitor submits the list of extra equipment less than 48 hours prior to the opening of the exhibition the cost of extra equipment is increased by 2 times.

10. Catalog Entry Only.

The companies not participating in the exhibition may place the information about them in the official catalog of the exhibition (600 symbols for each language). The information should be given to the Organizer till the 1st of August 2008. The application Conditions are given in Paragraph 11.

11. Catalog Entry.

The Exhibitor submits the information for a catalog entry to the Organizer till 1st of August 2008. The information should be in English languages (600 symbols). If the Exhibitor failed to submit the information till the specified date the Organizer has the right not to include the information of this Exhibitor in the exhibition catalogue. The information to the catalogue is given in formats *.doc (Microsoft Word), logo in formats *.ai, *.eps (Adobe Illustrator), supplementary advertisement in formats *.qxd, *.tif, *.eps (Photoshop DCS 1.0).

12. Translation services .

In case of impossibility to grant the information to the exhibition catalogue in the languages mentioned in Par. 11, translation is made by the Organizer. The cost of translation to one language is 25,00 USD (up to 600 symbols).

13. Exhibition Operation Time.

The exhibition operates on the 17st of September 2008 from 11.00 till 18.00; on the 18nd of September from 10.00 till 18.00, on the 19rd of September – from 10.00 till 15.00. The booth assembling time (including Exhibitor’s individual sub-contractors) is from 14.00 till 22.00 on 14th of September; from 9.00 till 22.00 on the 15 th and 16th of September. Exhibitor’s move-in and exhibits set-up is from 9.00 till 22.00 on the 16th of September. The disassembling time is from 15.00 till 22.00 on the 19rd of September and from 9.00 till 18.00 on the 20th of September. The Exhibitor may take his property out from the exhibition hall only with a written consent of the Organizer. If the Exhibitor fails to remove his property from the exhibition till 18.00 on the 20th of September this property is taken to a storehouse. In this case the Organizer bears no responsibility for the property of the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor can get his property from a storehouse only after paying for keeping it there. If the Exhibitor does not occupy his booth till 22.00 on the 16th of September the Organizer has the right to give this booth in rent to any other company without reimbursing the sums, which came to his account from the Exhibitor.

14. Accreditation.

The Exhibitors are accredited on the 16th of September from 9.00 till 22.00. Form # 2 should be given to the Organizer till the 10th of August 2008, tel: +38 044 2722805, fax: +38 044 568 57 51; e-mail: expo@ucci.org.ua. The number of badges is given according to Form #2. The cost of one extra badge is 3,00 (three, 00) USD.

15. Participation in Banquet.

The Exhibitor is granted invitations to the banquet according to occupied space:

Up to 12 sq. meters – 1 invitation to the banquet;

13 – 50 sq. meters – 2 invitations to the banquet;

more then 50 sq. meters – 3 invitations to the banquet.

An extra invitation may be bought at the price of 50,00USD(not more than 3 invitations). Applications for additional invitations are accepted not later than 10 days prior to the opening of the exhibition. The applications sent after the specified term - are not accepted.

16. Advertising at the Exhibition.

Advertising on the exhibition beyond the limits of the Exhibitor’s booth is allowed with a consent of the Organizer.

17. Payments.

All payments should be made to the account of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as follows: 50% - till the 01st of June 2008, the rest - till the 01st of July 2008. The foreign participants pay in USD or other agreed currency. The bank order should read: "Participation in exhibition "Entertainment Industry" the invoice of UCCI # ____ of___”. The international and inter-trunk telephone calls shall be paid by the Exhibitor within 10 days after receiving the Organizer's Invoice.

18. Cancellation.

If the Exhibitor cancels his participation in the exhibition after the registration fee payment the funds received on the account of Organizer are not returned. If the Exhibitor cancels his participation in the exhibition after the signing the Contract he pays the Organizer the penalty: after the 01st of June 200850% of the Contract sum, after the 01st of July 2008 - 100% of the Contract sum.

19. Security.

The Organizer provides the exhibition general security. The Exhibitor bears complete responsibility of his property safety during the exhibition operation time. By consent of the Organizer a special guard may be hired.

20. Parking.

The Exhibitor may park his passenger vehicles on a special guarded territory from 8.00 till 19.00. The cost of the parking pass on the guard parking is 20.00 USD for the whole period of the exhibition including assembling and disassembling days.

21. Cargo Handling and Customs Clearance.

We would like to inform you that Ukraine has become the ATA International guarantee chain member since March 1, 2008, and started operating with the ATA carnets on its territory. Attention. Customs registration of АТА carnets given out by foreign associations – guarantors, is carried out exclusively in a place of crossing the border of Ukraine. Registration of these carnets is carried out by all frontier check points. Obligatory accompanying documents which should be presented to Ukrainian customs at registration of the goods:

- АТА carnet;

- transport document (transportation contract);

- invoice;

- contract between foreign and Ukrainian residents, according to which the goods are temporarily imported on territory of Ukraine.

 

22. Storing of the package.

Cost of storage of package for the period of work of the exhibition is 5, 00 USD for 1 cubic meter per day.

23. Hotel Accommodation.

24. Liability.

The Exhibitor bears absolute and direct responsibility for observing at the exhibition the Ukrainian legislation, “Rules of Fire Safety of Ukraine”, “Rules of Fire Safety for International and Specialized Exhibition” and the "General Participation Terms" in force. In case of violation any of them the Exhibitor pays all the penalties that may occur. For unauthorized connection to an electrical power source and banner suspending to a ceiling – the Exhibitor pays the penalty equal to 200% of the cost of the service specified in Form #1.

25. Claims.

All claims of the Exhibitor should be made in a written form within 5 days after the exhibition is over. The claims made later will not be accepted. In case the Exhibitor and the Organizer fail to come to an agreement within 20 days after placing a claim it is handed over to the consideration of the International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC) under the auspices of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The decision of this Court is final and binding on the both parties but may be replaced by an amicable agreement there between. The place of the Court examination is Kyiv, the language of the examination is Russian. During the examination “Regulations of ICAC" are used.
