The Ukraine is one of the world leaders in deposits of natural stone, mainly granite of unique colours.

According to the estimation of the State Gemmological Center of Ukraine the deposits of natural stone reaches about 200 million cub. meters.

Today the Ukraine undergoes a rapid technical progress but in most cases stone is quarried and processed with old-fashioned methods and technologies and obsolete equipment making it impossible to meet the requirements of the every day growing Ukrainian market. The range of civil and industrial construction in Ukraine requires a quick response to a present situation, re-equipping existing quarries and plants, putting into operation new production lines.

In spite of large deliveries of the Ukrainian stone and its processed products to other countries many foreign specialists are not well acknowledged with the potential and quality of the granite quarried in Ukraine which according to its physical and mechanical characteristics, strength and wearability, colour scale is one of the best in the world.
