GENERAL PARTICIPATION TERMS

4. Application.
The Application should be submitted to the Organizer not later than the 1st of August 2012 together with payment of the obligatory registration fee.
5. Contract.
One copy of the Contract signed and stamped by the Exhibitor should be given to the Organizer till the 1st of September 2012.
6. Space only (min. 12 sq. m),
Includes space rental, exhibition hall general illumination, passage cleaning during the exhibition operation time, night security, general promotion campaign.
7. Space with built-up booth. (min. 6 sq. m).
Irrespective of the size it includes the rental of a space and partition walls around the rented area, assembling and disassembling works, 1 electric socket (220 V, 50 Hz, 1 kW), 1 table, 2 chairs, company name on a fascia board up to 15 letters, carpet, general promotion campaign, general security, passage cleaning and hall general lighting. Extra equipment, furniture and electric wiring can be ordered by the Exhibitor additionally according to the List of Extra Equipment (Form # 1) enclosed to the Contract. The construction of the booth designed by the Exhibitor and its price should be agreed with the Organizer. The Exhibitor has no right without a written consent of the Organizer to subcontract the booth or its part to any third party or to change the booth. The Exhibitor bears liability for damage of all property rented by him. In case of its damage or missing the Exhibitor pays 200% of the price of a damaged or missed item.
8. Outdoor Space (min. 12 sq. m),
Includes space rental, passage cleaning during the exhibition operation time, night security, general promotion campaign.
9. Exclusive booth.

e-mail: info@v-expo.kiev.ua.In the case of a booth construction with the help of any other company the Exhibitor advises the Organizer the name of this company not later than the 1st of October 2012. This company is obliged to obtain accreditation in the International Exhibition Center.
10. Booth Allocation and Technical Support.
The Organizer locates booths in the exhibition hall on the “first applied first served” basis according to the technical requirements and with an agreement of the Exhibitor. Form # 1 is given to the Organizer (Technical Section) till the 10th of October 2012, tel/fax +38 044 279 90 76, e-mail: air-expo@ucci.org.ua. If the Exhibitor submits the list of extra equipment less than 48 hours prior to the opening of the exhibition the cost of extra equipment is increased two times more. In case the Exhibitor cancels the rent of the extra equipment after the assembling of the exhibition begins he pays the penalty at the rate 100 % of the cost of the extra equipment.
11. Catalog Entry Only.
The companies not participating in the exhibition may place the information about them in the official catalog of the exhibition (600 symbols for each language, blanks included). The information should be given to the Organizer till the 01ST of September 2012. The application Conditions are given in Paragraph 12.
12. The Exhibition Catalogue.
The Exhibitor submits the information for a catalogue entry to the Organizer till the 01ST of Octomber 2012. The information should be in Ukrainian and English languages (600 symbols for each language, blanks included). If the Exhibitor failed to submit the information till the specified date the Organizer has the right not to include the information of this Exhibitor in the exhibition catalogue. The information to the catalogue is given in formats *.doc (Microsoft Word), logo in formats *.ai, *.eps (Adobe Illustrator), supplementary advertisements in formats *.qxd, *.tif, *.eps (Photoshop DCS 1.0) with a visual imprint signed by company official.
13. Translation services .
In case of impossibility to grant the information to the exhibition catalogue in the mentioned languages translation is made by the Organizer. The cost of translation to one language is 25,00 (twenty five, 00) USD (up to 600 symbols).
14. Exhibition Operation Time.
The exhibition operates on the 16ST of October 2012 from 11.00 till 18.00; on the 17nd of October from 10.00 till 18.00, on the 18nd of October – from 10.00 till 15.00. The booth assembling time (including Exhibitor’s individual sub-contractors) is from 14.00 till 22.00 on 14th of October; from 9.00 till 22.00 on the 15h of October. Exhibitor’s move-in and exhibits set-up is from 9.00 till 22.00 on the 14th of October. The disassembling time is from 15.00 till 22.00 on the 15d of October. The Exhibitor may take his property out from the exhibition hall only with a written consent of the Organizer. If the Exhibitor fails to remove his property from the exhibition till 22.00 on the 18rd of October this property is taken to a storehouse. In this case the Organizer bears no responsibility for the property of the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor can get his property from a storehouse only after paying for keeping it there. If the Exhibitor does not occupy his booth till 22.00 on the 15h of October the Organizer has the right to rent this booth to any other company without reimbursing the sums, which came to his account from the Exhibitor.
15. Accreditation.
The Exhibitors are accredited on the 15th of October from 9.00 till 20.00.
The quantity of the badges is given out to participants according to the space occupied:
Booth up to 6 sq. m 2 badges
Booth 9 -12 sq. m 3 badges
Booth 13 to 20 sq. m 5 badges
Booth 21 to 50 sq. m 7 badges
Booth over 50 sq. m 10 badges
The cost of 1 additional badge is 3,00 USD.
16. Advertising at the Exhibition.
Advertising on the exhibition beyond the limits of the Exhibitor’s booth is allowed with a consent of the Organizer.
17. Payments.
All payments should be made to the account of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as follows: 50% - till the 01st of Septeber 2012, the rest - till the 01st of October 2012. The foreign participants pay in USD or other agreed currency. The bank order should read: "Participation in exhibition "Stone Industry" the invoice of UCCI # ____ of___”. The international and inter-trunk telephone calls shall be paid by the Exhibitor within 10 days after receiving the Organizer's Invoice.
18. Cancellation.
If the Exhibitor cancels his participation in the exhibition after the registration fee payment the funds received by the Organizer are not returned. If the Exhibitor cancels his participation in the exhibition after the signing the Contract he pays the Organizer the penalty: after the 01st of Septeber 2012 – 50% of the sum of rental space, after the 01st of October 2012 - 100% of the sum of rental space.
19. Security.
The Organizer provides the exhibition general security. The Exhibitor bears complete responsibility of his property safety during the exhibition operation time. In the exhibition working days 16-18 of October the security service takes over the booth from the Exhibitor under the guard at 18.00 and gives it back to the Exhibitor at 9.00.
In the assembling days 14-15 of October the Exhibitor gives the booth under the guard of the security at 22.00.
By consent of the Organizer a special guard may be hired.
20. Parking
The Exhibitor may park his passenger vehicles on a special guarded parking. The exhibition working days - from 9.00 till 18.00, assembling and disassembling days - from 9.00 till 22.00. The cost of the parking pass on the guarded parking is 20.00 (twenty, 00) USD for the whole period of the exhibition including assembling and disassembling days.
21. Cargo Handling and Customs Clearance.
The customs clearance and cargo handling is carried out by the exhibition forwarders

We would like to inform you that Ukraine has become the ATA International guarantee chain member since March 1, 2008, and started operating with the ATA carnets on its territory.
Attention. Customs registration of АТА carnets given out by foreign associations – guarantors, is carried out exclusively in a place of crossing the border of Ukraine. Registration of these carnets is carried out by all frontier check points.
Obligatory accompanying documents which should be presented to Ukrainian customs at registration of the goods:
- АТА carnet;
- transport document (transportation contract);
- invoice;
- contract between foreign and Ukrainian residents, according to which the goods are temporarily imported on territory of Ukraine.
22. Storing of the package.
Cost of storage of package for the period of work of the exhibition is 10, 00 (ten, 00) USD for 1 cubic meter per day.

24. Liability
The Exhibitor bears absolute and direct responsibility for observing at the exhibition the Ukrainian legislation, “Rules of fire safety of Ukraine”, “Rules of fire safety for international and specialized exhibitions” in force and the "General Participation Terms".
It is not permitted for the Exhibitor:
- to connect on his own the equipment and exhibits to electrical power and water sources;
- to suspend on his own any constructions (incl. advertisements and exhibits) to the metal structures under the ceiling of the exhibition hall;
- to stick on his own leaflets and advertisements on the territory of the Center;
- to smoke on the territory of the Center, except rented stands, which are equipped with ashtrays;
- to carry out on the territory of the exhibition hall large-scale painting, varnishing and sawing works, except for works, which are connected with trimming, tincturing and puttying of the construction elements.
In case of violation of above-mentioned requirements Exhibitor pays all the penalties that may occur.
For unauthorized connection to an electrical power source, banner suspending to a ceiling and sticking leaflets and advertisements – the Exhibitor pays the penalty equal to 200% of the cost of the service specified in Form #1.
The specified requirements are extended to the companies - contractors building boothes according to individual designs of exhibitors.
The Exhibitor is obliged:
- to timely inform the contractors not accredited in the International Exhibition Center who will handle the cargo using special technical equipment (elevating cranes, fork lifts, etc.), about necessity of presence of documents which allow to carry out the works, and the obligatory coordination of works by these companies with the safety precautions engineer of the Center. Without necessary documents the technical equipment mentioned above is not permitted for the works;
- in case of a material damage to the premises or property of the International Exhibition Center during the terms of the rent to compensate within five working days losses according to the statement fixing these damages, made and signed by the authorized representatives of the parties or if the fault of the Exhibitor is proved legally.
25. Claims.
All claims of the Exhibitor should be made in a written form within 5 days after the exhibition is over. The claims made later will not be accepted. In case the Exhibitor and the Organizer fail to come to an agreement within 20 days after placing a claim it is handed over to the consideration of the International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC) under the auspices of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The decision of this Court is final and binding on the both parties but may be replaced by an amicable agreement there between. The place of the Court examination is Kyiv, the language of the examination is Russian. During the examination “Regulations of ICAC" are used.
